Benton County has one and if Sedalia has one I’m trying to watch it while the fair is in town I usually just look at the crime reports on NewsBreak every so often but I’m not personally a fan of their site or their app due to all the ads and poor navigation in general.

On 01/21/2026 at approximately 0615 hours, the Pettis County SERT and detectives with the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at 406 South Main in La Monte, Pettis County, Missouri. During the execution of the search warrant, over one pound of methamphetamine was seized along with approximately 20 grams of cocaine, oxycodone pills, evidence of a psilocybin mushroom grow, and 9 firearms.

HOWARD COUNTY - All three escaped inmates from Pettis County Jail are now in custody Thursday, the Pettis County Sheriff's office said. Authorities, which included Howard County sheriff's deputies, Fayette police, highway patrolmen and a SWAT team, apprehended the last escapee in a field off of Highway 87.
